The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to launch in China in the first quarter of 2026, according to a tipster. This would place its debut slightly earlier than the X200 Ultra’s April launch but still within a reasonable window, as the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro were introduced this October. The tipster also claims the X300 Ultra may feature a significantly larger 7,000mAh battery, up from the X200 Ultra’s 6,000mAh unit, and larger than the batteries in the existing X300 models.
