Samsung Galaxy S26 series is tipped to support file sharing with Apple’s AirDrop. This feature is said to work through Samsung’s Quick Share. It is expected to roll out to older Galaxy devices as part of the One UI 8.5 update. The recipient has to set AirDrop to “Everyone” to initiate the transfer of files from the Samsung Galaxy smartphone. To receive the files, Samsung users need to tap the Quick Share in the quick panel.
