OpenAI has rolled out Frontier, a new enterprise platform designed to help companies build, deploy and manage AI agents that handle genuine business tasks. The system gives agents shared business context, onboarding processes, feedback-driven learning and strict permission controls, allowing them to operate across fragmented tools without requiring companies to replace existing infrastructure. Several large organisations have already started using or piloting it.
