As a marathon runner, I take my recovery seriously. It’s no hyperbole to say that massage guns have changed my life—and TheraBody is a brand name I swear by. Why the TheraGun Prime Plus stands out

A great value (and some alternatives)

Compared to regular massage therapy sessions—which can cost $80-120 per hour—this sort of massage gun pays for itself quickly for regular users. If the TheraGun Prime Plus at $386.99 is still outside your budget, several other recovery devices are also discounted during Prime Day:
