Last year, I tested and reviewed smart fans, and I have to tell you, I am changed. I grew up in Arizona, so I know heat, and I thought I knew fans… but using Dreo fans has made me so much more comfortable in my home, and I want that for you, too. My number one complaint about fans was that they felt impossible to clean. I’ve spent way too much time attempting to disassemble fans or get between grates to attempt to clean the blades. The process is so smooth, you’ll do it more often than you think.
A “smart” fan may seem silly and unnecessary, but there are few smart products I’ve tested that give me so much comfort as adjusting the fan from where I’m sitting. Not just blowing air left and right, either—with Polyfans, which I have in every bedroom, you adjust the vertical and horizontal direction as well. You want this… trust me. Being able to lay in bed and make adjustments to your fan is sheer luxury.

Standard fans have intensity levels, and the higher the intensity, the harsher the feel of the wind. And while I happen to enjoy the “blast” setting from Dreo fans sometimes, my favorite setting is called “natural,” which varies the speed and power of the airflow to legitimately feel like a cool breeze.
Dreo fans are pleasant in a way words can’t convey. If I sound like a super fan, I am. I have seven Dreo fans in my home, from countertop fans in my kitchen and office, to Polyfans in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in every single room.
