The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and Meta Small Business Academy have collaborated on the ‘WhatsApp Se Vyapaar’ program to provide digital training for 10 million local traders through the WhatsApp Business App in 11 Indian languages across all 29 Indian states. The partnership will offer hyper-local digital training to small businesses and traders, including features such as Quick Replies, Catalog, and Click to WhatsApp Ads, to connect with customers more effectively. The program aims to provide access to digital skilling to 25,000 traders in the trading community, including certification from Meta Small Business Academy.
