Apple’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tim Cook, in an internal meeting, recently announced that the Cupertino-based tech giant plans to introduce new AI-powered product categories and services. Soon after, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported that the company is developing a new AI-enabled pendant and an AirPods model with cameras, which will be able to answer user questions based on their environment. In the latest edition of his Power On newsletter, Gurman claims that the company is planning to develop its own Visual Intelligence AI models to enable these features on its new line of wearable devices.
