Apple Pay will be launched by the Cupertino-based tech giant in the middle of this year, according to a report citing people in the know of the matter. The company is reportedly in talks with multiple financial institutions at the moment for the launch of its digital payments solution in the country, including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank. Recently, reports of Apple holding conversations with various payment networks, like Visa and Mastercard, surfaced online, hinting that the service could be introduced in the country by the end of 2026.
