Netflix is planning to venture into retail by opening physical stores called Netflix House. These stores will offer merchandise inspired by the streaming company’s hit shows, as well as dining experiences and live events. The first two locations, set to open in 2025 in the US, will feature a Squid Game-inspired obstacle course. Netflix House will also have rotating art installations and an in-house restaurant offering dishes and drinks from their unscripted food-based reality programs. The company aims to enhance the immersive experience for fans and plans to open more global outlets in the future.
